As the Qingming Festival approaches, and based on the national statutory holiday schedule and the actual situation of the company, the Qingming Festival holiday is now notified as follows:

1. Holiday arrangements

The Tomb Sweeping Day holiday is from April 4 to April 6, 2024 (UTC+8), a total of 3 days. The warehousing and distribution department's holiday is scheduled for April 4, 2024, with 1 day off. During this period, the Warehousing and Distribution Department will arrange personnel on duty based on business needs. To ensure that your orders and packages are not affected, please make arrangements in advance. The cut-off time for different lines is different. During this period, you can continue to visit the CNstorm website or log in to the App, and use product order submission and package forwarding services normally. We will resume normal operations on April 7th (UTC+8).

2. Duty arrangements

In line with the principle of "not affecting normal production and operations, and serving customers to the maximum extent", a duty team will be assigned to be responsible for the company's core business during holidays. The staff on duty will remain online 24 hours a day, ready to answer user questions and handle emergency matters. Please rest assured that all users and partners, we will wholeheartedly provide you with uninterrupted service support.
