Dedicated to provide all customers a better transport service, CNstorm had just finished a comprehensive upgrade and on May 16, 2018, moved its warehouse to a new address: A5 Floor, Block 2, Xifa Yongqi Technology Park, Yintian Industrial Area, Xixiang Street, Bao’an District, Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China.(广东省深圳市宝安区西乡街道银田西发雍启科技园2栋A单元5楼信恩世通)

While the old address: 4th Floor Block E, Fenghuanggang Second Industrial Area, Qianjin Second Rd, Xixiang Street, Bao’an District, Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China.（广东省深圳市宝安区西乡街道前进二路凤凰岗第二工业区E栋北4楼）will stop receiving any parcels from July 15, 2018.

If you have not updated shipping address on E-commerce platforms (such as Taobao, JD.com), please check and update your transit warehouse address to avoid any Unsigned Parcel and Parcel Lost due to address change.

If your parcel to be sent before July 15, 2018, we will still have people receiving parcels from the old warehouse, just a little bit delayed on stocking time. If when after July 15, 2018, you still choose the old address as the shipping address, you will have to bear the loss caused by Parcel Lost, Parcel Return, etc.
