With the National Day and Mid-Autumn Festival approaching, and in accordance with national statutory holiday schedules and company circumstances, Cnstorm has issued the following National Day and Mid-Autumn Festival holiday notice:

I. Holiday Arrangements

Cnstorm's National Day and Mid-Autumn Festival holiday will be from October 1st to October 8th, 2025 (UTC+8), for a total of 8 days. To ensure your orders and packages are not affected, please contact the relevant personnel in advance to plan and arrange for the holiday. Cut-off times for different routes vary. We will resume normal operations on October 9th (UTC+8).

II. Duty Arrangements

In line with the principle of "maximizing customer service while maintaining normal production and operations," we will assign duty teams to cover core operations during the holidays.
