I. Holiday Arrangements

The Cnstorm Labor Day holiday is from May 1st to May 5th, 2026 (UTC+8), a total of 5 days. During this period, to ensure that your orders and packages are not affected, please contact the relevant personnel in advance to plan and arrange your holiday. Cut-off times vary for different routes. During this period, you can continue to access the Cnstorm website or log in to the App for related services. We will resume normal operations on May 6th (UTC+8).

II. Duty Roster

In accordance with the principle of "not affecting normal production and operations, and serving customers to the greatest extent possible," a duty team will be assigned to handle the company's core business during the holiday.
