Announcement on Cargo Transportation Disruptions in the Middle East and Europe Due to Recent Military Conflicts

2026-03-05 15:52:28

Dear Valued Customers,

Due to the ongoing escalation of geopolitical conflicts in the Middle East, flight operations and last-mile delivery services in some regions have been affected. After urgent confirmation with our partner airlines and overseas service providers, we hereby formally notify you of the current impact and subsequent transportation arrangements:

1. Israel Region

Affected by the war between Israel and Iran that broke out on February 28, Israel’s airspace has been temporarily closed, and the reopening time cannot be confirmed at this stage.

Flight Status: All flights to and from Israel scheduled before March 3 have been canceled. The resumption time will be confirmed separately based on the local situation and airline notifications.

Cargo Handling: All collected cargo destined for Israel will be temporarily stored in our warehouses or those of our service providers. We will closely monitor the situation and arrange expedited shipment immediately once flights resume.

Delivery Impact: Local customs clearance and "last-mile" delivery services are unstable. All shipped and subsequently resumed cargo will experience delays in overall timeliness and delivery.

 2. Middle East Region

Affected by the war, multiple airlines have canceled flights to several Middle Eastern countries, with resumption times to be determined. The specific affected countries and service updates are as follows:

United Arab Emirates: Delivery services in Abu Dhabi and Dubai have been suspended.

Other Countries: Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Jordan are currently maintaining normal delivery services with no explicitly suspended areas. However, due to the overall tense local situation, customs clearance and delivery timeliness in these countries are expected to be delayed to varying degrees.

Flights and Cargo: Flights to Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Jordan have been canceled. All collected cargo will be temporarily stored in our warehouses or those of our service providers and will continue to be transported once flights resume.

3. Europe Region

Due to the ongoing escalation of geopolitical conflicts in the Middle East, some transit routes passing through relevant sensitive areas have been temporarily closed, and multiple airlines have urgently adjusted their operation plans to avoid risks.

Timeliness Impact: Affected by this, the overall transportation timeliness of cargo destined for Europe is expected to be delayed by 2-3 days recently.

Cost Reminder: Due to changes in transportation routes and rising operating costs, logistics prices to Europe are expected to increase accordingly. We recommend that you make shipping plans in advance.

We will continue to monitor the dynamic development of the situation in the above regions and maintain close communication with airlines and overseas partners. We will notify you immediately once there is definite news of flight resumption or service updates.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by this force majeure event and kindly request your understanding and support. If you have any questions or need assistance in querying specific shipments, please feel free to contact your dedicated account manager or our customer service center at any time.

Thank you for your understanding.

Best regards,
