I had previously paid an extension fee to have one of my packages stored at the warehouse for longer. However, because of an error made by the staff, the storage period was not properly extended and the package expired earlier than supposed to. I am currently unable to ship that package out as it does not appear in my storage anymore.
I contacted customer service yesterday Nov 23rd, and they promised to correct the error and extend my package to Nov 25th, asking me to ship it out on Nov 24th (today) once corrected. However, when I checked today (over 24 hours after my conversation with customer service), the package was still unavailable for ship out! Nothing has been fixed despite the promises.
My attempts at reaching customer service today have been in vain. No one is reponding, my chat messages and emails have been ignored. CNstorm is currently nothing but a disappointment, and the quality of service drastically dropped over the past years. I strongly recommend anyone considering this service to opt for another option.
