According to the national statutory holiday arrangements and combined with the actual situation of the company, the Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day holidays are hereby notified as follows:

1. Holiday arrangements

The Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day holidays are from September 29 to October 6, 2023(UTC+8), a total of 8 days. During this period, some logistics lines may suspend collection/delivery services before the holidays. To ensure that your order and package are not affected, please make arrangements in advance. During this period, you can continue to visit the CNstorm website or log in to the App, and use the product order submission and package forwarding services normally. We will resume normal operations on October 7th(UTC+8).

2. Duty arrangements

In order to ensure the normal operation of the company's business, an on-duty team will be assigned to be responsible for the company's core business during the holidays. The staff on duty will remain online 24 hours a day, answering user questions and handling emergency matters at any time. Please rest assured that all users and partners, we will wholeheartedly provide you with uninterrupted service support.
