Notice on EMS Billing Logic Adjustment

Dear CNstorm Users,

As notified by China Post, a large number of flights have been canceled due to the COVID 19 epidemic. In order to make rational use of flights resources, China Post has made the following adjustments to the EMS Line which is charged by the actual weight of packages:

1. If the length of either side of the package is greater than or equal to 60CM, the volume weight will be calculated as: length * width * height (CM) /6000, and the higher of the actual weight and volume weight will be charged.

2. If the dimensions of the three sides of the package are all less than 60CM, this will still be charged by actual weight.

Billing logic of EMS Line adjustment starts today.

If there is any change of billing mode in the future, we will inform you separately. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
