Sensitive products

According to the differences in customs policies of various countries, some countries or regions are more sensitive to special commodities, and postage and customs clearance are more difficult. We call them "sensitive commodities".

Including but not limited to the following items:

Food category: all kinds of food (involving inspection and quarantine issues)

Electronics: electronic products (including batteries), pure batteries, mobile power

Clothing category: international first-line brands

Others: liquids, powders (cosmetics can be mailed; other powder products cannot be mailed), compressed gas, gold and silver jewelry, magnetic items

Digital products and accessories: Taobao merchants are uneven, and we are temporarily unable to make professional appraisals for highly specialized digital products. It is recommended that you carefully select high-quality merchants.

Glasses: Countries have different regulations on the import and customs clearance of glasses (including myopia glasses, sunglasses, 3D glasses, reading glasses, swimming goggles, etc.).

In the United States and Canada, glasses are classified as medical devices, and all glasses must be FDA-certified.

Exported to 27 countries, including the UK and the European Union, the frame and lens have CE certification;

For export to Australia, ECM certification is required.

If you cannot provide the relevant certificates, once you are detained for inspection, you may not be able to clear customs smoothly, and there is a risk of being returned or fined.
